I am having some difficulty understanding directions in manual that came with mobo. Is Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD4P. Question is: If, as manual says, WinVista wont see SATA drive until I load drivers, then how can it see optical SATA drive with drivers on mobo disc? I haven't tried this yet but have too much invested to screw it up. Thought maybe it might make an interesting topic and would surely teach me some thing. Any help in this area would be appreciated.  : All new parts, Seagate 500g HDD/SATA new Vista Ultimate. Optical drive is SATA too by HP. Thanks, ric5406 |
